Holo Labs

Terms of sale

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply when you buy a subscription or make a donation from Holo Labs on the web. Using each app is also covered by that app's own terms:

If you buy in the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google sells it to you and their terms apply to the payment, renewals and refunds.

Who sells to you

Holo Labs, run by Ruben Dewitte, the Netherlands. Email: rubendewitte1998@gmail.com.

What you buy

Current prices are on our pricing page and shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT where it applies.

Payment

You pay by card through Stripe. Your purchase is unlocked as soon as the payment goes through.

Free trials

Some yearly subscriptions start with a free week, once per account. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the first year is charged on the day it ends.

Renewal and cancelling

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with "Manage subscription" in the app, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If a price ever goes up, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.

Refunds and your right of withdrawal

In the EU you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Email us within 14 days of your purchase (or of the first charge after a free trial) and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. We refund within 14 days, to the card you paid with. After 14 days, payments for the current period aren't refunded, but you can always cancel the next renewal.

Changes to the apps

We keep improving our apps, so features can change. If a change takes away something important you paid for, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your subscription.

Liability

We do our best to keep our apps working, but we can't promise they'll never have problems. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow that limit. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer.

Complaints and law

Questions or complaints: email us and we'll answer within a few working days. Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law and can go to court there.
